Ovia® offers an on-site warranty of 1 to 2 years dependant on the registration of the Inceptor® luminaires.

HOW TO REGISTER:

In order to register a product purchase and to extend the 1 year on-site warranty to a 2 year on-site warranty you will need to register the product via this link https://oviauk.com/on_site_warranty within 6 months of the date of purchase.

TM66 CIRCULATORY

To test our products we complete the TM66 form created by CIBSE. Testing involves gathering thorough evidence which supports the specifications of our product ranges and we provide reports. We deconstruct our products to show the disassembly and material used. This also demonstrates the ability to recycle or refurbish the different materials.
