Terms and Conditions
1) Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered electricians
- Employees of Scolmore Group, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are excluded from entering.
2) How to enter and entry period
- The competition opens at 2:00 PM on 6th July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 10th July 2026. Entries received outside of this window will not be counted.
- To enter, participants must follow @scolmore_group, like the official competition post, and comment with a name suggestion
- Multiple entries are permitted, provided each unique suggestion is submitted as a separate comment
- Entries are only accepted via the official Instagram post. Submissions on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or other platforms are invalid
3) Prize
- The prize is one (1) Ninja Woodfire Electric BBQ Grill & Smoker OG701UK
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered
- The prize will be dispatched within 28 days from the receipt of the delivery details.
4) Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid, qualifying entries within 7 working days of the closing date.
- The winner will be publicly announced on Monday, 13th July 2026 via @scolmore_group.
- The winner will be contacted exclusively via Direct Message (DM) from the verified @scolmore_group account. Please beware of scam accounts. We will never ask for your bank details or request you to click external links to claim your prize.
- The winner must respond and provide delivery details within 5 days of notification, or an alternative winner will be selected
- To comply with legal requirements to prove a prize was awarded, the winner's social media handle, surname, and/or county will be published on @scolmore_group channels on the announcement date. The winner has the right to object to this publication, or request that the amount of information shared be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at the time of prize notification.
5) General
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Instagram Terms of Use.
- By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive license to share or repost their name suggestions on Scolmore Group channels. Any further promotional use of the winner's personal data or imagery beyond the initial announcement will be subject to the winner’s explicit, separate consent.
